Clifford C. Stoddard, JrClifford C. Stoddard, Jr
Chief Investigator

Clifford C. Stoddard, Jr., joined the Office of Police Complaints as the chief investigator in June 2003. Mr. Stoddard is a retired Special Agent from the Air Force Office of Special Investigations and former Assistant State's Attorney and Chief of the White-Collar and Computer Crime Division of the Anne Arundel County State's Attorney's Office in Annapolis. He was an adjunct faculty member at the National Advocacy Center and has taught nationally for the National District Attorney's Association and the American Prosecutor's Research Institute on white-collar and computer crime subjects.

Mr. Stoddard has a bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a law degree from Georgetown University.
