Victor I. Prince is the head of marketing for an internet company in Silver Spring, Maryland.  He received his bachelor's degree from American University and a master's degree in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Prince was confirmed by the District Council on March 6, 2007, and sworn in on March 20, 2007.  His term expires on January 12, 2009.
