 Kesha D. Taylor
Chief Investigator

Kesha D. Taylor was appointed as Chief Investigator of the Office of Police Complaints in March 2007.  Prior to accepting this position, Ms. Taylor served as the Assistant Chief Investigator of this agency for four years. 

Before joining Office of Police complaints, she worked with the Investigations Division of the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia for seven years.  While there, Ms. Taylor served as a staff investigator and as coordinator of the Internship Program.

Ms. Taylor received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and her master's degree from Cornell University.
